We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to help expand our team of real estate professionals. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, resourceful, organized, and passionate about connecting with people. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing talent while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience from first contact to onboarding. You will work closely with the management team, collaborating regularly to ensure recruiting pipelines stay full, conversion rates stay strong, and monthly growth goals are consistently achieved. What You’ll Do
Talent Identification & Outreach
Source prospective agents through online searches, social media, MLS rosters, networking groups, real estate schools, and industry events.
Conduct proactive outreach to newly licensed and experienced agents.
Implement multi-touch follow-up systems to stay top-of-mind with prospects.
Relationship Building
Build authentic, long-term relationships with prospective agents, current team members, staff, brokerage partners, instructors, and counselors.

Recruiting & Conversion
Qualify candidates, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.

Track all communication and progress within our CRM and reporting systems.
Content, Marketing & Social Presence

Engage with prospective agents through comments, DMs, and community participation.
Onboarding & Retention Support
Assist with onboarding new agents and ensuring a smooth transition into the brokerage.
Participate in culture-building initiatives, agent recognition, and retention support.
Alert leadership when agents may need assistance, training, or additional encouragement.
Accountability & Collaboration
Attend required meetings and trainings (in-person or virtual).
Track recruiting metrics and report performance regularly.
Identify opportunities to strengthen recruiting systems, processes, and pipelines.

The Leasing Agent is responsible for renting out properties and assisting tenants with their needs. Showing Assistant
The Showing Assistant is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.
After the lead agent meets with a potential buyer, the lead agent will pass the desired criteria to the Showing Assistant. The Showing Assistant will then search areas, set the client up on a search, find homes that meet the criteria (including prospecting neighborhoods as needed and utilizing their database as appropriate), and then schedule showings. As clients explore homes, the Showing Assistant will work with clients to confirm or refine criteria and will show additional homes as needed. Following each showing, the Showing Assistant will provide feedback to the lead agent and pass along any questions and the Showing Assistant and lead agent will gather the additional information for the client. When the client is ready to make an offer, the Showing Assistant will notify the Lead Agent, who will then take over for offer preparation and contract negotiation through closing.
The Showing Assistant is required to have a real estate license and Sentrilock access. This role fits forward-looking individuals who develop and maintain positive professional relationships. They have a track record of success, and a palpable desire to succeed in this role, as well as their next.
